Sound Meditations
A sound meditation is a listening experience that allows you to enter a meditative state faster than you would be able to on your own. Each session blends immersive sound healing instruments (crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums) with guided meditation and can be tailored to fit seamlessly into the day (30-60 minutes).
-
Polyvagal breathwork
Developed by Janelle Corpuz of KIN Unified Healing, polyvagal breathwork is a rhythmic, controlled breathing practice that reduces anxiety, increases well-being, and encourages nervous system regulation. A session starts with a 35-40 minute rhythmic breath meditation and ends with a 10-15 minute sound bath.

Somatic Voice Protocols
Somatic voice protocols (developed by Janelle Corpuz of KIN) are interventions that encourage vocal expression to provide stress relief, somatic tension release, and emotional regulation. At the moment, this service is available only for in-person sessions.
Meet
ru-ping
As a sound practitioner and former Zoom employee, I know firsthand the toll of back-to-back meetings, time zone fatigue, and constant pressure to perform—especially in multilingual teams.
My search for relief led me to seek certifications in numerous wellness protocols, empowering me to build a practice where I help teams and individuals (both English- and Mandarin-speaking).
